Day 1
Paro - Five Chortens - Rinpung Dzong - Ta Dzong - Drukgyel Dzong
Upon your arrival in Paro International Airport, you shall be greeted by a aCholala Tours & Travels representatives and he/she shall brief you about the tours, itinerary, inclusions as well as cultural practices of Bhutan including Do’s and Don’ts. Then you shall be taken to hotel in Paro. On arrival we check-in to your hotel, where you can fresh up and then we set out for your sightseeing to the followings;
- Rinpung Dzong
- National museum of Bhutan
- Drukgyel Restoration site
- Choedu Goemba
- Kichu Lhakhang
Day 2
Paro - Dongkola Lhakhang - Tacho Lhakhang - Thimphu
Today after your breakfast, we depart for Thimphu. The distance between Paro and Thimphu is about 65 kms and will take about an hour. On the way, we will unravel one when we visit the ancient Dongkola Lhakhang located on a hill of about 3,370 meters between Paro and Thimphu. It is about 2-and-a-half-hour drive from Shaba town of Paro. A little further towards the capital city, we will stop at another temple called Tacho Lhakhang located on a hilltop across Pa Chhu connected by an ancient iron bridge built in the late 13th and early 14th century by Thangtong Gyalpo
After reaching Capital City we will check- in to your hotel and break for lunch. After lunch we begin our sightseeing to the following:

Day 3
Thimphu - Dochu La - Druk Wangyel Tshechu - Punakha
After Breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at a tentative time of 8;30am. The distance between Thimphu to Punakha is 75kms and will take 3 hours. En-route, you would be making some stop and sightseeing at Dochula Pass. It’s about 45 minutes’ drive from Thimphu. After Dochula Pass we head towards Chimmi Lhakhang, the Temple of Fertility. Then we head to Punakha Dzong.
In the evening, return to your hotel in Punakha for a comfortable overnight stay after your delectable dinner and plan for the next trip

Day 4
Punakha - Lamperi - Thimphu
Today after your lovely breakfast, we head back to Capital. On the way, we will stop to visit the Royal Botanical Garden located in the heart of Lamperi which homes about 46 species of Rhododendrons, 115 species of ferns, 46 species of avifauna and a popular birding destination. You can try peddling a boat across the Lamperi lake and try to identify various flora and fauna species as you come across them.
After reaching Thimphu we will beark for lunch and the continue following sightseeing:

Day 5
Thimphu - Paro - Tiger's Nest Temple - Chele La Pass
After your breakfast, we travel towards Paro. Then we start famous Taktsang hike, You can choose to ride a horse from the parking lot to the monasteries with your own expenses. If the full hike sounds a bit tough, you can hike for 1 hour to the cafeteria - a wooden tea-house restaurant which offers a good view of the monastery.
After your successful hike, you will be dropped off to your hotel and enjoy your dinner

Day 6
Flying back Home
Our wonderful trip and time together ends today when you fly back home or towards your next expedition. It would always be a pleasure to see you again here with us in Bhutan, another time, another destination with you and us together.
